I took hundreds of photos over the past week of cloudy coastlines and historic brick buildings in New England and the Canadian Maritimes. This photo of Portland Head Light in Maine has to be one of my favorites, though. It’s not too difficult to understand why this is one of the most photographes lighthouses in New England.

What a gorgeous pic, Amanda! Maine has been high on my to-do list, but I still haven’t made it there yet. The only place I’ve seen lighthouses up-close is in Nantucket. They’re beautiful!
