If you ever take a tour up to Cape Reinga — the northern-most point of New Zealand — chances are you will stop at the Te Paki Sand Dunes, which flank 90 Mile Beach. Chances are you will also get the chance to go sand boarding here. If you don’t mind getting sand in all of your crevasses, I’m told it’s great fun!
